Q. How can I purchase the tickets?
A. Tickets for the 2025 Sony Open in Hawaii are available at Admission Guidelines & Ticket Sales page. Our official ticket partner offers online ticket purchase.
Q. Can I purchase tickets at the event?
A. Yes, but cash only at Admissions during tournament week. If you would like to use a credit card, please purchase online from Admission Guidelines & Ticket Sales page.
Q. I am having trouble with purchasing a ticket. Is there a phone number I can call for help?
A. For help placing an order, or questions about an existing order, please call Complete Tickets Solutions at 808-437-2693 or email at sonyopen@completeticketsolutions.com.
Q. Do I need to have U.S. address to buy the ticket at the official ticket website?
A. A U.S. address is not necessary. Enter your address and select 'other' from the dropdown menu. Also, where it asks for a zip code, the foreign postal code may be entered in its place.
Q. Is there any discounts for military service members?
A. Free admission is extended to active duty and retired military service members, reserves and dependents who present a valid military ID. Free admission is also extended to veterans through the Veteran Tickets Foundation (VTF). Please visit our Military Outreach Activities page for more info.
Q. Is there a wheelchair-friendly bathroom?
A. We have ADA restrooms (portalets) on the golf course. One in Spectator Village, one at Gate 2, one behind 18 green and one behind the cart barn.
